About Me
I’m a holistic practitioner and coach devoted to helping women reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner clarity. Integrating Reiki Mastery, Mind-Body Eating Psychology, and somatic-based feminine embodiment work, I create trauma-informed spaces that support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and deep self-trust. What truly sets my work apart is that it’s not just something I’ve studied — it’s something I’ve lived.
For over 40 years, I carried the impact of trauma, generational patterns, body disconnection, and suppressed identity. I understand firsthand what it feels like to move through shame, silence, and unworthiness — and what it takes to rebuild a relationship with your body, boundaries, and sense of self. Because of this lived experience, I offer more than techniques; I offer grounded understanding, compassion, and integrity. I support women in processing unresolved emotional experiences, untangling inherited relational patterns, and challenging outdated beliefs that no longer serve them.
Together, we restore a sense of safety within the body, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with authentic self-expression — moving from disconnection and survival into self-awareness, confidence, and embodied presence so they can live with clarity, resilience, and deeper self-trust.

Nervous System & Energy Alignment
Our thoughts, emotions, and bodies are deeply interconnected. Stress, trauma, illness, or overwhelming life experiences can create patterns of tension and dysregulation in the nervous system. Over time, this may show up as physical discomfort, emotional distress (such as anxiety or low mood), mental fatigue, or a sense of disconnection from self.
A Nervous System & Energy Alignment session provides a safe and supportive space to release built-up stress, restore a sense of calm, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm of balance. Through a combination of gentle energy therapy and somatic awareness practices, the session supports both relaxation and deeper healing.
Benefits may include:
-
Physical support: Reduces tension, eases discomfort, and promotes the body’s natural healing processes.
-
Emotional regulation: Releases stored stress and emotional residue, creating space for peace, resilience, and calm.
-
Mental clarity: Supports focus, eases overwhelm, and clears mental fog.
-
Inner connection: Encourages self-awareness and a deeper connection with your authentic self and values.
-
Restored balance: Improves overall flow and regulation within the body and mind, enhancing wellbeing and vitality.
Body-Mind Eating Psychology
Body-Mind Eating Psychology is a trauma-informed, somatic approach that goes beyond dieting or willpower. It helps you explore how food choices reflect your inner state and supports the release of emotional and cognitive blocks that influence eating habits.
Through this work, you develop mindful awareness, learn to recognise physiological cues like hunger and fullness, and uncover the emotional and cognitive barriers that have shaped your eating habits. By strengthening self-compassion and reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, you’re supported to make nourishment choices that genuinely align with your wellbeing — with greater ease and clarity.
This approach is for you if you:
-
Often eat in response to stress, anxiety, sadness, or other emotions rather than physiological hunger.
-
Struggle with cravings, binge patterns, or feel controlled by food.
-
Have tried traditional diets or approaches without lasting connection or insight.
-
Are ready to explore how your eating patterns reflect emotional experiences, beliefs, or inherited habits.
-
Want to develop a mindful, compassionate, and embodied relationship with food and your body.
